Cleaning method Comparison table

Vacuum furnace is relatively weak in the dirt.
Please clean work pieces before throw it into the furnace in order to use long term.

1 Cleaning spray
1.
Spray cleaning solution directly to the work pieces.
2.
Wipe cleaning solution with wes and remove it completely by Air.
3.
Increases labor’s work because of cleaning work pieces one by one.
4.
It may have fine places where   is difficult to clean completely because of work by hands.
5.
Price is inexpensive because of using only spray.
2 Simple cleaning machine (Ultrasonic)
1.
Put work pieces into cleaning solution directly, then its dirt has lost touch by ultrasonic.
2.
Remove cleaning solution by wes and Air after putting work pieces out.
3.
It is possible to clean fine places in order to put work pieces into cleaning solution directly.
4.
Cleaning solution must be exchanged or liquid wastes regularly.
※Due to lead to reduce cleaning ability.
5.
Cleaning equipment is inexpensive to buy.
3 Vacuum cleaning machine
1.
Set work piece on jig and throw into cleaning machine. It cleans it in full automatic.
2.
Doesn’t need to remove cleaning solution because it completes drying it out.
3.
It is needed that cleaning solution supply and disposal of waste liquid.
4.
By interlocking with another equipment, it is possible to make all heat treatment automatic.
5.
Cost for equipment is needed as same as vacuum furnace.
6.
It may difficult to set up because of fire service act.
7.
Vacuum cleaning machine loads high efficiency distillation regenerator, and it recycles cleaning solution.
